Will sales tax be added to my order?
Supplies Now charges sales tax on orders, based on destination of order, in accordance with state laws. Supplies Now is based out of Ohio therefore we are required to charge a 6% sales tax for orders originating in that state.
What happens if one of my items is out-of-stock?
In some instances, products listed in SN's catalog or website may be temporarily out of stock. If this happens, all available items will be shipped and any backordered items will be delivered as soon as possible. If we are unable to fill your order complete you will be contacted immediately.
Can I make changes to or cancel orders?
Most orders are transmitted almost immediately and shipped out. If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us ASAP by calling, 1-877-750-5223. We will check the status of your order and make what ever changes are possible.
What method of payment does Supplies Now accept?
Supplies Now accepts orders by credit card or placed on open business account. An open business account can be opened by clicking here. We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. All credit card information is 100% safe and secure.
How will I know if my order has been approved for credit?
Most orders are approved for credit; if there are any problems, our credit department will contact you immediately to discuss any issues.
Can I check the status of my order?
Once you are logged into the Supplies Now website you can click the "My Account" tab and view status of your order, get invoice history and maintain all account information.

What is your return policy?
All requests for returns must be made by clicking here or by contacting our dedicated customer service center at 1-888-750-5223 (M-F, 9-5 EST).
- A return authorization request must be requested with in 30 days of the invoice date.
- You will receive a pre-paid postage label with your RMA for sending back purchases, only for the below listed reasons:
- Defective on arrival (if shipment is received by truck, damage must documented and signed for)
- SN shipping error
- Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other returns
- All non-defective returns must be received in 100% resalable condition (with all original packaging, all parts, instructions, and labels) or else product will be returned to you at your expense.
- All non-defective returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable.
- All defective returns will be inspected and toner cartridges will be weighed. Product that is found to be non-defective or used will not be credited. Such product will be returned to you at your expense.
- If you choose our Refund Option, a credit will not be effected to your account or credit card until the product in question has been received by Supplies Now.
- If you choose our Replace Option, a replacement will be sent out immediately on your request, but you will be charged for new replacement order and a a credit will not be effected to your account or credit card until the product in question has been received by Supplies Now.
- Any item that has been discontinued or is special order are final sale and are not returnable.
