Supplies Now offers Free Freight on all orders shipped ground within the continental US.

Shipping and handling charges apply when delivery is expedited such as second-day or next-day air delivery. You can upgrade to overnight delivery for $2.99 on shipment under 150 lbs.

SN ships to all 50 states and any territory containing a U.S.postal code

All in-stock items are guaranteed to ship same day if order is received by 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time

If you provide a valid email address with your order, an email confirmation with tracking information should reach you when your order has shipped. You may also call our support center at (888) 750-5223 (M-F, 9-5EST) to get your tracking information.

At this time Supplies Now is not able to ship to P.O. boxes due to shipper restrictions

Product Return Policy

All requests for returns must be made by clicking here or by contacting our dedicated customer service center at 1-888-750-5223 (M-F, 9-5 EST).

Return Acceptance Policy (Please read and then sumbit this RMA form)

- A return authorizaion request must be requested with in 30 days of the invoice date.

- You will receive a pre-paid postage label with your RMA for sending back purchases, only for the below listed reasons:

Defective on arrival (if shipment is received by truck, damage must documented and signed for)

SN shipping error

- Return freight must be arranged by you for all other returns

- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other returns

- All non-defective returns must be received in 100% resalable condition (with all original packaging, all parts, instructions, and labels) or else product will be returned to you at your expense.

- All non-defective returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable.

- All defective returns will be inspected and toner cartridges will be weighed. Product that is found to be non-defective or used will not be credited. Such product will be returned to you at your expense.

- If you choose our Refund Option, a credit will not be effected to your account or credit card until the product in question has been received by Supplies Now.

- If you choose our Replace Option, a replacement will be sent out immediatly on your request, but you will be charged for new replacement order and a a credit will not be effected to your account or credit card until the product in question has been received by Supplies Now.

- Any item that has been discontinued or is special order are final sale and are not returnable.
