We use a network of distributors strategically placed throughout the United States to handle shipping your orders. This model allows us to offer next day delivery in most instances with no additional charge to you. Both FedEx and UPS are utilized in completing last mile delivery. If there is an instance where you have a deadline and the item/s must arrive to you by a guaranteed time, next day air is available.
We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. Your personal information will never be, under any circumstances, released, sold or rented to any third party. We will not give this information to the NSA, or Edward Snowden either.
Returns happen, we know this. You ordered the wrong thing...the receptionist told you she wanted a pink stapler, you got her a black one and HR called you into their office because your actions were considered hostile by her...we get it. Contact us and request a RMA number, we will get the ball rolling to facilitate the return, and make sure this doesn’t end up on your permanent record!
All items we sell, we stand behind. If the item is defective, we will either replace the item immediately, or contact the manufacturer on your behalf to find out if they will help you directly with the issue, or through us. Either way, you can count on us.
If you place an order and made a mistake on it, chances are it’s going to process that way. Our system has such fast robots, once you hit submit they go to work. However it’s not impossible to catch it in time. Please pick up the phone and call one of our friendly customer service people at 888-750-5223, and they will try and confuse the robots long enough to get your order stopped. If that fails as well, we can typically contact the shipper and get the order recalled to our warehouse.
It goes without saying I believe that our preferred method of payment is credit card. It’s good for us, we get paid right away, and its good for you as well, hopefully earning you points toward your dream trip to Bali (or maybe that’s our dream). We do offer the option for us to bill you, and if you select that option during checkout, we will accept your order. However accounting will put the order on hold. At that point they will send you a credit application to be filled out and sent back. Accounting will then ask your references to reply back. We would like to just take you at your word, but our Financial First Lady won’t let that fly.
We try and offer the most competitive pricing we can, and still keep the lights on. As you can see, we try to show you what other big box stores are charging for the items you are looking at. If you find a cheaper price somewhere else, please notify us, we will buy from that place and then sell to you. No, just kidding. We will beat their price because you are important to us and we want to help you save money at the end of the day.
